Backing up SimpleHelp installation

I’ve looked at the migration document which gives an insight on what you need to move to a new server but is there anything that covers what to backup in terms of server hardware failure?

Simply backing up the configuration folder is all that is needed. However under administration there is a backup/restore option available.

Thanks Mike! The entire server is backed up with DPM but only to a local backup. I like to put key information in the off-site backup.
