My business associate suggested this [restaurant IT support](https://www.cardonet.co.uk/it-support) service that sets a thorough service level agreement. Before hiring it, I need to know what makes service level agreements worth considering. If anyone here is aware of such matters, I’d appreciate a fast response. Thanks!
