Troubleshooting Connectivity Issues with SimpleHelp Remote Sessions

I have been using SimpleHelp for remote support, and lately, I have been experiencing some connectivity issues. Specifically, when attempting to connect to a client’s machine, the session either takes too long to establish or fails altogether. This happens intermittently, and I can’t seem to find a consistent pattern.

I’ve tried restarting the service, checking firewall settings, and ensuring that both ends have the latest version of SimpleHelp, but the problem persists.
