2FA + technician VNC

Trying to get technician support setup on an iPad per VNC – https://simple-help.com/mobile-vnc-guide#ios-screens

and I can establish a connection but cannot get past the 2FA session code. Code is received via email, just see nowhere to enter it.

Feel like I’m missing something obvious. Anyone else using this successfully?
