5.5 Manual Confirmation Failure [Resolved]

I upgraded my instance of Simple Help to 5.5 and for the most part, things seem to be working alright except that when I try to connect to a machine that requires manual confirmation, clicking “Grant Access” actually denies the connection. Clicking “Deny” also denies the connection.

If I remove the confirmation requirement, the connection goes through fine. The client software was showing 5.5 also but I removed/reinstalled it for good measure and nothing has changed. What can I do short of stripping the confirmation requirement from each remote machine?

5.5.1 resolved the issue

Contact support. Also, check the 5.5.1 release notes.

I missed that 5.5.1 was available. This seems to have resolved the issue I was experiencing. Thanks!
