5.5 Server Not Working

Updated to 5.5 and nothing is working. Running ‘serverstart.sh’ shows the following error.

<JAVA_HOME>/lib/ext exists, extensions mechanism no longer supported; Use -classpath instead.
.Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

Reverted to a 5.4.10 snapshot while investigating. Debian 12 with SSL only listening on 443.

Used the installer script they provide to update it and it works. Not sure what I had done wrong. Wish it remembered the technician Window sizing and placement like it did before though :slight_smile:

I am having the same issue but I used the script provided. Any updates on what causes this?
