Administrator Email Address not being saved


Ever since upgrading to 5.2.13 the email authentication for the SimpleHelpAdmin account stopped working. I am not receiving the code via email and the technician console just log in without prompting for the code.

The field Administrator Email Address in the authentication tab for the Primary Administrator group is blank and not being saved.


Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Edit : After modifying the email content it did save. However, I am still not receiving the authentication code via email and just logs in.


I’m having the same issue although I can’t get the address to save after editing the content. I’m using 5.2.12. Have you had any luck?



Support mentioned this issue will be fixed in 5.2.14 . I have not upgraded yet but planning to do it next week.
