An error occurred when SimpleHelp attempted to send the registration email

I’ve moved my server to Linux and successfully setup SMTP. I’m getting the technician summary emails after each session.

When I try to invite someone for Remote Work access by email I get this message:

An error occurred when SimpleHelp attempted to send the registration email.

Thanks in advance for help on this - would really like to get this working

SOLVED

It happens that I needed to put a customer on our AuthSMTP account for an emergency and somehow we changed the send password inadvertently. I figured it out because I haven’t gotten my technician summary emails all day.

I have now stepped through the setup of Remote Work - it’s straightforward and works well for this non domain workstation
