I’m considering upgrading to version 5.5.14 but wanted to check first — has anyone encountered any bugs or unexpected behavior after upgrading?
I’m currently on 5.5.13 and it’s been stable, so before moving ahead I’d like to know if there are any reported issues (performance, scripts, offline behavior, UI quirks, etc.).
Thanks in advance for any feedback or observations.
I have a memory leak on 5.5.13, and planned on upgrading this Sunday to 5.5.14 to resolve. I can let you know after that!

I downloaded it twice, checked the md5, it won’t install for me. This is the error I get when I try to install, I remember this happened in the past and we resolved by ignoring…
These are the subsequent errors, I did stop the simple-help service as well and as usual so that it doesn’t interfere with the installation:
my bad…wasn’t running the executable as administrator…everything works as it should.
I should mention I use Linux not Windows, and running ./simplehelp-upgrade.sh worked fine. I did my usual reboot after and so far all is good. I would not really see client errors until tomorrow, so will update then.
Including whichever clients were on-line?
Most of the way through the day, and no issues were reported by our Help Desk. Memory usage is back to normal vs. the spike in 5.5.13. All clients were updated also without issue.

Our upgrade has proceeded smoothly also.
My upgrade didn’t go well. it erased everything in my current setup and I had to configure it all again.
Bummer, that is why I like taking snapshots first! You have to be virtualized first….
Updated 1 week ago - so far so good. No issues to report
