Anyone knows why and how to fix the preview (monitor) now shows black for all of the machines we have access to? This only happened after the 6.3 update.
Happened to us on any machine with more than 1 monitor, on 6.0, 6.1, 6.2 and have not tried 6.3
To us it happens on most of the machines but with one or more monitors… looks like a video card incompatibility issue. Some show preview most around 90% don’t.
