I can no longer uninstall remote Access client or the Tech console using the uninstall option. It just sits at this screen:
There’s a known issue (which is fixed in the upcoming 5.4.8) with the JWrapper component for uninstallers on Windows at least.
If anyone sees this on another OS ping me a message at [email protected] and I’ll check whether it’s the same issue which will be covered by the fix.
