Can't Login to OSX Catalina

Hello community. My first time posting. I was unable to find a solution. I have a Macbook pro running Catalina. I initially see the desktop for login (touch id or enter password) but am unable to get to the login screen to type in the password.

Has anyone experienced this? I just upgraded the server and restarted the agent.

Solved. When I got to the laptop, there was a dialog asking to allow the simplehelp app to make changed to the computer. after that was allowed everything worked as expected.

I got it to work but could’t install the agent for unattended access. It kept dropping off every 10 minutes and the client had to re-run the program.
