Cert issues in simplehelp

my domain is using LETS ENCRYPT so my simple help does not seem to want to use it.
I am using a self-signed cert in simple help for now , all the browsers have an issue with.

Any ideas on how to get LETS ENCRYPT to work on both?

Are they 2 different domain/sub-domain names? If so this should not be an issue.

… if your website is someitcompany.com then your simple-help server cannot also be using someitcompany.com it would either need to be something entirely different like someitcompaniesshserver.com or just use a subdomain (CNAME record) like sh.someitcompany.com
