EnterpriseI have changed the PNG file “/Applications/SimpleHelp/DEPLOY/customer/osx_bg.png” to have our logo, but when I click the download Customer dmg it never finishes downloading. If I put back the original file, it downloads just fine. Does anyone know if I should be changing that file somewhere else?
If you are modifying the html pages, images etc you should be doing it within the ‘configuration’ set of folder rather than deploy. This is where the custom changes are stored and will be loaded instead of the default versions.
On Windows its within C:\Program Files\SimpleHelp\configuration\html\customer so I would assume there is an equivalent folder for macOS if thats what you are running your server on
Not in the HTML pages, but rather in the macOS disk image background.
