Hi All! Just wondering if anyone else has seen this issue. We are currently running version 5.3.5. We have a few clients now who don’t have an on-site AD Domain anymore, their workstations are directly joined to EntraID. On these systems, if we have the end user run SimpleHelp without elevated permissions, we can’t prompt for elevation using an administrative EntraID account (it just keeps coming back as though it were an invalid username and password). If we prompt the end user and the end-user types in the same administrative username and password into their UAC prompt, it works fine. Obviously that’s not ideal though. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
