Clients can download only offline remote support version

Currently our clients (all our clients use only windows OS) can download only Remote Access offline version of the program. There is no option to download online version. What should be changed so that the customers can download online version of the remote access program?

do you mean Remote Support (not Remote Access)?

I am still running 5.5.8 and it does the same, personally I find it preferable, the file is not that large and the download/install goes smoothly… but it is curious why they made the change
