Does SimpleHelp have this Lock On Connect option like ScreenConnect

Lock on Connect

Force a remote machine to lock itself when a technician connects to it. This will force the technician to enter credentials before gaining access to the machine.

To turn on Lock On Connect:

1. Install the Advanced Configuration Editor extension

2. Navigate to Administration > Configuration > Other Settings

3. In the row Lock Machine On Connect , select Support and Access

4. Click Save & Apply
