Is there a way to edit the SMTP server settings outside of SimpleHelp? We are not receiving the authentication via email and I cannot sign on as SimpleHelpAdmin.

If you have access to the SimpleHelp server directly, then you could just change it in the serverconfig which is stored within C:\Program Files\SimpleHelp\configuration
Its just an xml file and there will be a tag similar to smtpHost
