Events Send To Website

I am trying to send Events to a website when machines logon and logoff. This works to an email address or sending to a Technician but the documentation when selecting “Send to Web site” the choosing “Post event details as encoded text” is limited.

I was expecting it Simple-help to sent to url something like: http://myserver.com/index.html?machine=something&time=something

This doesn’t appear to be the case, any guidance on what is actually being sent and how would be great.
