Posting this in Alerts and Toolboxes because I figured out the cause. I just don’t know the fix.
I get these emails alerting to the failed login when I try to run a toolbox with ServerUtilsPrePullFile(@Machine(TechUtil), @Folder(“e:\simplehelp\InstallFiles\Remote Support”), @Path(“c:\ProgramData”))
Technician attempted failed login:
Username: SH-Maintenance-User-Internal
Group: N/A
IPAddress: 192.168.45.188
Date: 6/18/26
The toolbox, of course fails to continue because the files never get to the target machine.
This seems to have started when I installed the 5.5.16 security update.
Things I have tried, moving the files to another machine, same error. Running the toolbox from another technician console, same error. Ideas???
