As we continue to grow our focus on cyber security as a company, one of the things we’re rolling out is a proper SIEM solution for our various products, and I’d really like to integrate SimpleHelp with that. I would usually just find the log on the local server, but as that’s now encrypted that’s a little trickier to do.
Has anyone managed to integrate SimpleHelp into a SIEM, and if so, I’d love to have a discussion on how you did it, and bonus points for log formatting for various events as that will all need to be created manually in whatever SIEM people are using.
