Anyone seen this issue?

Java Virtual machine launder “jvm.dll” error when updating/upgrading from 5.2.x to 5.3.4?

Not much help but no, never seen that. However, I’ve pretty much upgraded to every new version as it came out so not leapt so many versions in one go.

Never seen that one.
As a suggestion,
I would make sure all simplehelp and java applications are closed using task manager then try to run the installer again by right clicking and running as administrator.

If that doesn’t work I would make a backup from SimpleHelpAdmin, uninstall and manually delete simplehelp then re-install and restore your backup from SimpleHelpAdmin.
