Now that I’m finally upgraded to 5.4.7 I tested mobile remote Android viewing and chat - that is going to be very helpful!

Any of their work is very polished and has lots of thought before putting into code.
I’ve been using their solution for a long time and never had any issues. I’m glad you are pleased with their improvements!

Hi Rob,

There is an IOS and Android app - it enables view only access of the phone for the tech. I tested it and posted the above. Since I have done one session with a user on a Samsung phone. I had to tell them what to click but it saved a lot of time.
