Keystore not found

Attempting to add a Lets Encrypt cert, the “Generate Certificate” button just flashes. When I close that dialog and hit “View Server Keystore Details” I get the error “Unable to load keystore. configuration/sslconfig/keystore (No such file or directory)”

There isn’t a file called “keystore” in that folder, but there was a keystore_default. When I copied that file and named as keystore the error changed that it couldn’t read the file. This feels like either the keystore file isn’t correct, or there is a permission issue. I’m hoping that they are related as I would like to use a Lets encrypt cert.

Here is a list of the keystore files on my windows server install of simple-help. Not sure if that helps.
