Is there a ssh command to execute the let’s encrypt renewal on a linux server host?
Have a server that failed to renew (because of the bug in a previous version), but now it is not renewing on it’s own and i cannot access the simplehelp tech application as a result.
In case it’s helpful for anyone else, i ended up disabling http > https redirect by editing the server config file manually, then was able to login to the simple help Tech App where i could reconfigure let’s encrypt.
I’ve got the same problem.
Is there an easy fix?
I wound up having to run the local server update process on our server, after which I was able to finally get Let’s Encrypt to renew.
Seems something happened between 5.5.8 and 5.5.9 maybe?
By the way the 5.5.9 update seems to have released shortly after 5.5.8, but the notication simply said “5.5 is available” recently so I thought it was a previous message. Maybe those notifications could show “5.5*.x* is available” instead?
