Letsencrypt won't renew

Without thinking about the fact that letsencrypt would need port 80 open to renew i had firewalled off port 80 and redirected http requests to https. So for a time I couldn’t connect to my simple help server. I realized what I had done only after restoring from a week old backup. Now lets encrypt won’t issue a new cert.
I installed the self signed cert with the simple help interface thinking i’d be able to switch back to a new letsencrypt cert but I don’t see that option. Can anyone help?

If you still haven’t gotten it maybe try updating to 5.1.7, it has some fixes for letsencrypt: https://simple-help.com/release-news
