Lost Machines - Upgrade to 5.5.9

Hi All,

Hoping someone can help, since updating to 5.5.9 at the weekend we have lost nearly 100 machines which are now showing offine, This is an error that is coming up when we try to uninstall using the start menu shortcuts, When we choose configure remote access from the start menu it does nothing

This line does look to be the issue
