Mac OSX display but cant control mouse/keyboard?

Hello,

I have not ever had much luck with Simple-Help and Macs. I can access the terminal or file manager no problem. But when going to use the mouse and keyboard it works 10% of the time.

Any suggestions? We have Simple-Help deployed on about 50 macs that do the same thing. I used the admin account to do the install. Not sure what else to check.

Have you checked the Accessibility settings user Privacy & Security in the system settings? This same thing happens with other remote software and it’s a setting that often gets reverted back to deny.
