Mac pull down menus do not stay open

Occasionally when in a remote support session with a Big Sur mac all the Mac pull down menus open but then close immediately before a selection can be made. Terminating the session and establishing it again sometimes resolves the issue. Also, holding down the left mouse click while dragging through the list in the pull down menu sometimes works as well.

This occurred with SimpleHelp 5.2.13 and is also occurring with 5.2.15.
