Machines Are Disappearing

My Server is set to forget machines after they have been offline for 365 Days but they ere being forgotten as soon as they go offline. Version 5.2.1

We had the same issue.

Logon to the Simple Help Technican Console as an administrator and go to: Administrator Tab > Advanced Remote Settings > Uncheck “Automatically forget offline services”

Thats what I did and they reappeared I am glad it was not permanent seems like that feature never worked. But now it forgets anything that is offline. I bet they can fix Just waiting on 5.2.2 :wink:
