Are there any plans on a native SimpleHelp iOS and Android application for remote access and technician console coming soon? We currently have to use Teamviewer to support our Andriod end users and I remember SimpleHelp was testing internal builds for this functionality early this year.

We would like to know this as well. These would be helpful additions.

This would be a nice feature…Is there anything new?

Being able to support mobiles would be a neat addition.
