Moved server, some computers still show offline

I moved my SH server to another Windows server, copying the entire configuration folder. Everything pretty much went well with one exception. Most ra computers have reconnected ok, but quite a few are showing offline. When connecting manually, the ra gui shows connection to the server tests good and the service is running. Both the server and remote computer have been rebooted and services restarted.

Any thoughts? Thank you
