Enterprisein the past I set an A record “remote” with Godaddy o point to my SH Server… So when you go to remote.mydomainname.com, it took you directly to the Dowload Remote Support page. Now the page has changed to remote.mydomainname.com/customer
How can I remove the “Customer” path in the URL and change it back to remote.mydomainname.com?
@Drew_Helgeson - From the Admin tab of the Tech Console go to ‘Server Features’ .
There should then be a drop down for the default server page which you can switch from ‘the welcome page’ to ‘the customer download page’
This turned out to be an issue with the improper release of 5.3. Once they fixed the proper 2021-10-27 server installer, it fixed this issue.
