Oddity with my Simple Help account

Just posting this in light of all the major cyber attacks lately (I and a number of my clients affected by the Rackspace debacle). I’m trying to login to my Simple Help account on the website to look at my licensing. I’ve been with SH for a LONG time.
First I got ‘wrong password’ error where I know it was typed correctly. So, I figured, OK, let’s try a reset of a forgotten password. I’m getting an ‘account not found’ pop up.
So, it’s possible the server controlling accounts is offline or something like that. I’ll be emailing the SH team directly next. Just wanted to post here out of a sense of cybersecurity paranoia.
