Presentations issues?

Hello. Is anyone else having issues with Presentations in 5.4.10? Seemed to work fine in previous versions. Didn’t need it after update, but now tried it and it doesn’t seem to work. The presentation is starting on the tech side, shows attendees, but all the attendee sees is “The presentation has not yet started. You will be automatically connected when presenter joins.” Don’t see anything in the logs at the first glance either.

I complained about this back in Nov, never heard back. Now my support expired and I have a crippled Simple Help. It sucks.
