EnterpriseAnyone having issues installing a pre-configured SH Remote Access app on MacOS Big Sur? We tried installing the SH remote access agent and It installs. We were able to confirm that we assigned the correct permissions. However the Mac never shows up in the technician console. If we run the remote support app we are able to connect and control the mac without issues. Also we tried to install the remote access agent via the remote support session when connected to the same Mac. However we get the below message about it already being installed. Thoughts?
