Remote Access on Mac OS Catalina (Solved)

I’ve gotten the regular Customer Access client to install on a Mac OS Catalina system just fine. However, when I try to install the Remote Access client, the simple help banner appears and then keeps blinking. It looks like it keeps reloading it as a new process over and over. It does this with both the online and offline installers. I’m using an older 5.0.19 release of SH.

Anyone seen this before, or have any thoughts?

Catalina systems had a lot problems with the older versions.
Pretty sure you need at least 5.2x
