Remote file view not working?

When I click on the remote file view icon, it doesn’t seem to work. I can’t drill down into (say) the C: drive. Also the computer I’m accessing here has C, D, E and F: drives.

Weird… tried it again 30 minutes later and it’s worked. Documentation on using Remote File Viewer could do with improvement - it’s just a single line. AFAIK, you have to download files to the download pane first and then copy to File Explorer. Not exactly obvious!

What version are you on?

Sometimes depending on the connection it takes a while for it to refresh. I think there needs to be an indicator of some sorts to let you know its refreshing or trying to connect etc.
