Remote Work client no longer opens after 6.2 update

Remote access and tech works fine. However remote work will not launch no matter what I do to launch the client. It will install but will not launch. Was working fine on 6.1

Anyone else seeing this?

Yes - seeing the same issue here

Looks like they fixed it in 6.3 update.

I only see 6.2 right now so hopefully 6.3 will come soon and I can upgrade.

So far its remote work is working but do have a bug with not saving preconfigured app links now.

6.3 is coming down fine and all is working great. Please try again as we upgraded to 6.3 without any issues.
