Remote Work MFA Reset

We have a user setup with Remote Work. Everything was fine until they lost their phone and had to get a new one. Their setup is still asking for their MFA code, but they no longer have it in their Authenticator App. (It was not backed up)

How do we reset the registration for that user so they get the QR code to re-setup their MFA??

Login as SimpleHelpAdmin , select the user, click reset app authentication.

The problem is that this is a Remote Work not a Technician user. They are not shown in the list of Technicians so I don’t see a place to select and reset.

Did you ever get resolution - is this still a problem?
