EnterpriseA computer that’s had Simple Help installed for ages suddenly started prompting for a machine password! One didn’t know this feature even existed so not sure how it got turned on.
But how do you remove it as if you go into the place where it’s defined, you’re asked for the existing password. We don’t know the password…
In the end, as I needed to get on this machine ASAP and happened by chance to be in the same room, I un-installed and re-installed the remote support client.
