Server stuck on "SimpleHelp is Starting"

I’ll submit a ticket, but wondering if anyone here can help. Our server ran out of space today, I expanded the drive, we’ve got plenty of space now. I was preparing for an upgrade from 5.5.3 to 5.5.5, so I rebooted. Upon rebooting, now the Manager just stays stuck at “Starting”. I tried to go ahead and upgrade to 5.5.5, it said all went well, but still, just “SimpleHelp is Starting” and it never starts. What do I look for to troubleshoot?

Well, in case anyone is interested, the serverconfig.xml file was 0 bytes. I had to restore that from a backup. Which, I didn’t have a fresh one of… But, I’ll have them daily now!
