I’ve recently deployed a trial of Simple-Help utilizing the one-click deployment option under account settings. This appears to have deployed a DigitalOcean droplet server free of charge for 30-days, which is really great. However, I managed to crash the server during my trial. Nothing extravagant, just a number of configured alerts being set to active seemed to have done it.
Now I’m stuck without my really neat trial server and have no response coming from Simple-Help directly though I’ve asked for the server to be restarted.
Since Simple-Help has the Simple-Setup option, I tried adding the trial server there using the SimpleHelpAdmin account password that was auto-generated. Unfortunately, that didn’t work, and I’m still left with an inaccessible trial server.
- Is there any way to restart a trial server hosted by Simple-Help?
- Is there any way to get in touch with Simple-Help (actually get in touch with them?)
