We are pleased to announce that SimpleHelp will now be offering a free license for personal or commercial use.
The license will allow for one concurrent session and will support the following:
Remote support sessions
Remote access sessions
Up to 5 machines registered for unattended access
Live monitoring
Mobile access
In-session toolbox
We hope this will help anyone getting their new IT support business off the ground to keep costs to a minimum while they get started.

This link hasn’t worked in over a year. i keep trying every few months to no avail.
I just tried it and it works for me. Maybe a browser extension is blocking it?

ive tried on multiple PCs, ive tried on my phone and tried with different emails and was not able to get it to work. would you be able to add me on discord and do it on my behalf?
Make sure to send in a support ticket.
Community Site is not actively monitored by the devs.
This might be because of the country. If you try using a VPN you will see that get it instant.

Support confirmed the Free product is dead. They may consider something in the future, but it’s dead for now.

Can we get an official or semi official announcement at least on this forum to know if the free license is dead?
I was using the free version at home and now i cant get one anymore. Really dont wanna switch the solution now.
