What do you mean by “remote refresh”?
Upgraded to 6.3 here about a week ago. Have been noticing since then that remote access sessions connect fine most of the time. Then after a few minutes mouse movements are so slow they almost feel like someone else is controlling it. Screen refreshes become delayed. The combination means you literally cannot do anything useful. I have tested between a technician console and a computer on the local LAN using TCP direct connect and had the same issue. I would see the mouse click show instantly on the remote system and the technician console was literally taking over 5 to 10 seconds to show it. Disconnecting the session and reconnecting and it works fine again for a few minutes and then repeats.
the remote machine connection not updating quickly - having to wait 10-20 seconds after a click on screen switch (if the client has dual monitors)
same issues, but its random, customer has a brand New windows 11 Lenovo needed to install the printer 100% SH was usable.
Hm. That definitely has not been our experience. Yes, the initial update of the Access agent on the remote machine can take a couple of minutes to update, but after that, the connections have seemed good/stable for us. Have you sent logs to support for them to see what’s going on?
yes all sent , no answer
Thought it was just me, yeh some of the remote lag is a night mare watching it slowly make its way across the screen then the odd PC is okay.
Same here. Moving some other window on the scree, helps temporarily.
