As MSP business owner, I quite often have to go over my techs Access to client PCs under the “HISTORY” Tab. Would be awesome when I click on a particular logged access entry that the recorded IP address of the Client machine and the IP Address of where the access was originated from. This would be great from a security perspective as well.
If Possible, would also be great to see what username was logged in at the time of that access as well.
Hopefully this is a simple capture on initial connection and can be logged and reported back to us in a future release coming soon ???
