Hello, when trying to to deploy remote access app, I am receiving the error failed launch the install using WMI and failed to map drive to admin share of remote machine. Any suggestions how to resolve this issue?

Also, what version are you deploying? 5.3.3 has a known issue and was fixed in 5.3.4.

Sounds to me like the target computer credentials are incorrect or do not have the appropriate permissions on the system.
