Does anyone know if it is possible to have a custom system tray icon on clients machines?

So we can add shortcuts to:

  1. Raise a support ticket
  2. Take a screenshot
  3. Visit our website
  4. Block incoming connections.

I am not sure. But I like the idea. Especially if it’s builtin.

Like a button that takes the screenshot and auto sends it to a predefined address/location.

i was playing around with this to actually do those things you listed, except block incoming connections.

The software is discontinued, but there should be an alternative.
If SimpleHelp had something built-in and allowed us to customize the menu and commands that would be awesome though !.

You will need to submit a feature request through the support ticket system.

They are still fairly heavily developing this platform so your chances are good.
I too like the idea.

I like this idea a lot. Anything to make users logging tickets easier is a big win.
