Tech windows size auto adjustment

Is there an option to have the window automatically resize to the client resolution? I’m running 3840x2160, the majority of my remote connections are much lower resolutions but they vary from very small to very big. I’d prefer the tech user window sizes to the remote resolution (as Ammyy Admin does) instead of me having to manually resize the window regularly.

And is there a way to remove the disconnect confirmation?

Yes. Under the setting tab, select user interface.
Select the remote scaling mode, Resize screen to fit all contents.
