Technician client on Mac OS

One of our technicians is having to self-isolate in Ireland and only has his Mac with him. Never used Mac OS with SimpleHelp before - are there any known gotchas?

I use it on my Mac. No real gotchas. When copying and pasting you’ve just got to remember to do CMD-C to copy from your Mac and CTRL-V to paste to a remote PC, but that’s not really a ‘gotcha’, just bugs me.

Sometimes it gets stuck if it times out, and you need to force-quit, that’s all I guess.

Thanks for that - suspect it might be the Mac is blocking the ports we use for SH. Not port 80.
